Home Assessment

Simply put, the goal of the Home Radon Assessment is to accurately measure the current levels of Radon Gas in your home and make this entire process as convenient and educational as possible.

In Canada, levels of Radon are typically measured in Becquerels per cubic meter (Bq/m³). This unit is part of the International System of Units and is commonly used to express the concentration of Radon Gas in the air.  

While all homes have some level of Radon Gas, if your home tests above 200 Bq/m3 you should remediate your Radon exposure ASAP.

After booking your Home Radon Assessment, a RadonEye representative will arrive at the address provided on your scheduled date and time.  Please note, we require that a resident of the home be present as we need to access the basement level so that we can provide you with accurate testing results.

Once in your basement, we will implement the world's most advanced Radon Testing equipment that bears our name and within just one hour you will get a clear and accurate reading of your current Radon levels.

Upon completion, you will receive your detailed report with a Summary of Findings and our recommendations for the next steps that should be taken.
